At GetFind, we aim to make your shopping experience simple and reliable. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process and deliver orders for our men's and women's leather jackets.

1. Delivery Area

GetFind currently offers delivery within the United Kingdom only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Free UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders.

There are no standard delivery charges added to eligible UK orders at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

After you place an order, we generally require:

1–2 business days for order processing.

During this time, we confirm your order, prepare the product and arrange dispatch.

Orders are generally processed during business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

4. Transit Time

After your order has been processed and dispatched, standard delivery generally takes:

3–5 business days in transit.

Transit time begins once the order has been handed over to the delivery carrier.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated total delivery time is:

4–7 business days

This consists of:

1–2 business days processing
3–5 business days transit
Approximately 4–7 business days total

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

GetFind is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at getfind01@gmail.com.

We will try to assist before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

7. Delivery Delays

Although we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These may include:

• Courier or transportation delays

• Severe weather

• Public holidays

• High-volume delivery periods

• Address-related issues

• Operational disruptions

• Other unforeseen circumstances

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you where possible.

8. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may leave delivery instructions or arrange another delivery attempt depending on the circumstances.

Please follow the instructions provided by the carrier.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failure to accept delivery, or another issue caused by the customer, please contact us so we can discuss the available options.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged when delivered, please inspect the product as soon as reasonably possible.

If the leather jacket itself is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us at getfind01@gmail.com and provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the package and product where appropriate

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer law.

10. Order Tracking

Where tracking information is available for your order, it may be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the parcel has been handed to the delivery carrier.

11. Returns & Free Return Shipping

GetFind offers a 14-day return window for eligible purchases.

Return shipping is FREE for eligible UK returns.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us before sending it back so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
