What does GetFind sell?

GetFind is an online store offering leather jackets for men and women in a range of styles, designs and sizes.

Do you deliver internationally?

No. We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom only.

Is UK delivery free?

Yes. Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders.

How long does delivery take?

Orders generally take:

3–5 business days in transit

The estimated total delivery time is 4–7 business days.

Delivery estimates are approximate and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, transit generally takes 3–5 business days.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

We will try to make changes before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

How can I track my order?

The return period begins from the date you receive your order.

Yes. Return shipping is FREE for eligible UK returns when you follow our approved return process.

What condition must an item be in to be returned?

Items should generally be unworn, in their original condition and free from stains, odours, damage or excessive signs of use.

Original tags and packaging should be retained where reasonably possible.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

How long does a refund take?

Eligible refunds are generally processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Once processed, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to make the funds available in your account.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect jacket?

Include your order number and, where appropriate, clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
